In this day and age the Police are extremely busy, and through operational demands are not able to attend many alarm activations. We will attend the premises on your behalf, and deal with any problems that may have occurred. You will receive an occurrence report in the morning, outlining what has happened. If there is a serious incident, where we feel the company should be made aware, then we will call a nominated member of staff.
